Placement Fees

Engagement Fee - There is a $500 Engagement Fee due to begin your search. It will be applied towards your Placement Fee.

Placement Fee - INJOY's Placement Fee is 25% of the Care Provider's total gross annual compensation due at the time of hire.

How long will the process take?

We aim to meet deadline criteria however we always prioritize finding your ideal candidate. This takes time. Please anticipate the search, hiring and training process to take an average of 6-8 weeks. 

I'm looking for only a few hours of a assistance a week. Can INJOY help? 

A this time we place Care Providers who work a minimum of 20 hours a week.

INJOY is located the greater Nashville, TN area.

Do you provide placement in my city?

If you're located in the beautiful state of Tennessee, yes!

Do you help with taxes and payroll?

INJOY requires you pay your Care Provider legally. We are happy to partner with HomeWork Solutions where Rachel will answer all of your questions and set you up to pay your employee legally and easily!
