Our Founder
Hi, I'm Tessa. In my 20s, I spent years on the mission field, where I experienced the beauty of doing life with others. After returning to the States and becoming a young mom, I realized how heavy motherhood can feel without a hands-on support system. In 2017, I started INJOY with one mission: bring community back to motherhood.
Since then, we've gone on to employ and place experienced moms who step in and provide a sense of relief for the families who need it most. My hope is that through this connection, you'll experience more joy, peace, and hope in your home. (Romans 15:13)
What We Do
INJOY Assistants — A monthly membership for Nashville families needing 4, 8, or 12 hours of weekly help. We match you with a vetted, trained empty nester from our team.
Legacy by INJOY — Placement for families needing 12+ hours of support, nationwide. We recruit and vet household managers, family assistants, and traveling nannies who fit seamlessly into your family long-term.
