INJOY was founded in 2017 with a simple idea: support at home should feel easy, consistent, and rooted in care.

What began as a single Facebook post offering help around the house quickly revealed a bigger need. Within a day, more than 50 families reached out. INJOY served its first eight families shortly thereafter and has grown through referrals and trust.

Founded by Tessa King, whose background in household management spans more than 20 years, INJOY is built on a deep understanding of how homes actually function and what meaningful support really looks like. That experience shapes every match, creating thoughtful partnerships between families and their Assistants.

Today, INJOY serves local families with one goal in mind: to make home feel lighter, calmer, and more supported.
